Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Texan Trade Hub's wholesale services and website. By establishing a wholesale account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Wholesale Account Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account, customers must provide:

  • Valid business license or resale certificate
  • Tax identification number
  • Proof of business address
  • Website or storefront details (if applicable)

Texan Trade Hub reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale account application at our sole discretion.

2. Ordering & Payment Terms

All wholesale orders are subject to the following terms:

Minimum Order Requirements:

$500 minimum for new accounts. Most product categories have a 10-unit minimum per SKU. Some premium items may have higher minimums as noted in our catalog.

Payment is due at time of order unless net-30 terms have been established. Approved payment methods include credit cards, ACH transfers, and business checks.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and specifications may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Texan Trade Hub is committed to protecting the privacy of our wholesale customers. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your business information.

We collect business information necessary to establish and maintain your wholesale account, including:

  • Business name, address, and contact information
  • Tax identification numbers
  • Order history and purchase patterns
  • Payment information (processed securely)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your business information is used to:

  • Process and fulfill your wholesale orders
  • Provide customer support and account management
  • Improve our products and services
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell or share your business information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access to sensitive data.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Our wholesale shipping and return policies are designed to provide clarity and efficiency for business transactions.

1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Options:
  • Standard Ground (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited (2-3 business days)
  • Freight for large orders (quote required)

Orders placed before 2 PM CST are processed the same business day. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected service level.

For orders over $5,000, contact our wholesale team for custom freight solutions and potential discounted rates.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of defective or damaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returns require prior authorization from our wholesale team.

Return Process:
  1. Contact wholesale support for return authorization
  2. Include original packing slip with RMA number
  3. Ship to designated return facility

Non-defective returns may be accepted within 14 days subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are final sale.

3. International Wholesale Orders

International wholesale customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please ensure your business can receive shipments before ordering.

For international returns, contact our wholesale team for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
